In molti non dimenticheranno la serata trascorsa lunedì al Disney’s Hollywood Studios di Lake Buena Vista e all’Epcot di Orlando, in Florida. I due parchi a tema si sono ritrovati nella tempesta per i forti temporali scatenatisi nella zona, e fanno impressione le immagini degli allagamenti che sono circolate nella notte.
Poco prima della chiusura, infatti, molti tra il pubblico hanno iniziato a pubblicare sui social foto e video del vero e proprio fiume che aveva preso il posto dell’Hollywood Boulevard al centro del resort.

Per fortuna, la disavventura non sembra aver scatenato il panico, anzi, molti dei casuali testimoni dell’accaduto hanno cercato di vederne l’aspetto migliore, dando mostra di divertirsi. Probabilmente più della Walt Disney World, dalla quale ancora si attendono dichiarazioni o una stima degli eventuali danni subiti da due dei quattro parchi a tema di proprietà della Disney Parks, Experiences and Products costruiti presso il Walt Disney World Resort, insieme al Magic Kingdom e al Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

#Epcot was made for many things… Storm drainage was not one of them. This was actually pretty tame compared to the loch at the United Kingdom.
