Elizabeth Debicki ha guadagnato la fama internazionale prima con il Grande Gatsby di Baz Luhrmann, poi in Widows – Eredità criminale di Steve McQueen e soprattutto in Tenet di Christopher Nolan. Nella quinta stagione reciterà insieme a Imelda Staunton, oltre che da Jonathan Pryce (principe Filippo), Lesley Manville (Margaret) e Jonny Lee Miller (premier Tory John Major). Qualche giorno fa è stato annunciato l’ingresso dell’attore pakistano, Humayun Saeed, in The Crown 5, che intepreterà il chirurgo britannico-pakistano Hasnat Khan, uno degli uomini con cui Lady D ebbe una relazione poco tempo prima della sua tragica scomparsa, nel 1997.
The Crown arriverà sulla piattaforma streming a novembre 2022.
